The AccuteX SP Series wire EDM machine body was designed by Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assure optimized mechanical structure. Features include: Meehanite cast honeycomb-type base, highly-ribbed column mounted with oversized UVZ axis and reinforced lower-arm to increase stiffness.
All castings are stabilized and subjected to rigid testing to insure maximum strength, permanent high precision and long durability.
